I ordered this t shirt and other items (£300) which I paid extra for priority delivery next working day. These items were finally delivered nearly 3 weeks later. I had no contact ( I had sent 4 emails to there contact page) no apology, no refund of charges for priority delivery or to advise when my items are being delivered. Family and friends who also ordered around the same time, some received a block email without any name of the person there sending the email to, saying that there has been a delay due to the sale and are under staffed which they will employ more staff the next time this happens and orders will be sent out when the resolve the back log.
I wanted to cancel the order after a week of waiting, no contact and after going on to other review pages on the internet, reading all the shocking reviews. One advised they had bought items and not received any items several emails later and still no refund at all. I was worrying if this was going to happen with my order. Something a customer should never have to worry about as the trust should be there. These items was purchased for my birthday weekend, which I had to go and purchase more items at an extra cost. Im definitely not a person to leave reviews or complain about things but the way I have been treated by this company I have had no other choice. I know im not the first person to complain with the issues above and feel strongly I won’t be the last. Myself, my family and friends all who have ordered like the products and would like nothing more to order more but the issues above will definitely stop us all. The products look and feel good on but no company will succeed with issues of no trust from customers and that’s all that seems to be happening.
I’m sorry I have to write this review but I feel I have no other choice.
