Christmas Returns Policy

Extended Returns Window
For orders placed between Sunday 23rd November and Tuesday 23rd December, returns will be accepted up until Sunday 11th January 2026.

Orders Placed After 23rd December
These fall under our standard returns policy:

• You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return items for a refund.
• If you return items within 30 days of receiving them, you may choose either an exchange or store credit.

During our sample sale event, all sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

MYSTERY ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE – Upon return of partial refunds, if the outstanding sum falls below any of the free-gift spend requirements, the corresponding value of the free item will be deducted from your refund. This includes: a £55 deduction if the remaining spend is below the £100 free T-shirt threshold, a £75 deduction if the remaining spend is below the £175 free hoodie/sweatshirt threshold, and a £20 deduction if the remaining spend is below the £50 accessory threshold.

Return Update -

Our team will contact you when your return has been completed, you will NOT receive an update when it is delivered back to our HQ. For an update on your returned item please refer to your return tracking ID.

Return's -

Orders placed with a free mystery t-shirt are non returnable.

Refunds are accepted up-to 14 days from when the parcel has been signed for by the customer. The item must be returned within 14 days, in its original unused, and unwashed condition & it must be returned with original packaging. Please kindly add a note with your return including your order number / name + whether you would like a size or product exchange or alternatively a refund. In the event your returned item is deemed not in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, Milana Studios hold the right to return this back to the customer immediately. Please make sure you accept these terms prior to ordering.

International Returns - 

If an overseas/international delivery is refused by the customer (e.g. due to customs fees or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases:

• A £15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

• The original shipping fee paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Exchanges -

Exchanges are accepted up-to 30 days from when the parcel has been signed for by the customer. If your order needs a size change or alternately a different model change, please add a note with your return including your order number / name + exchange requirements.

Damages and issues -

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us on contact@milanastudios.com within the 30 day return period, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. 

Return Timeframe -

Returns require 10 working days to process back to your original payment method from the day your parcel is received back to us. We ask for your patience until 10 working days has passed before contacting our customer service team.

Responsibility -

Please be aware Milana studios will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged returns made by the sender or courier. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned back to us by mistake. Please keep record of any return proof of postage receipts, in the case our team require this information.

*Milana studios will not be responsible for any lost parcels during transit. All orders that are reshipped due to being originally lost / misplaced / damaged by courier become non-refundable. Products can be exchanged for a different size however this must be the same as the original item due to our courier’s terms and conditions of claims*

 Non Returnable -

The following products are non returnable due to hygiene. Sock's are non returnable // Caps are non returnable // Cups are non returnable // Bandanas are non returnable // Swimming Costumes without hygiene sticker are non returnable // 

Return Deduction -

UK Order's above £150 receive free shipping. Upon return of partial refunds, if the outstanding sum is lower than the free shipping requirement, a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Core Range Bundle Discounts

• Buy 2 items – receive 10% off

• Buy 3 items – receive 15% off

• Buy 4 or more items – receive 20% off

Please note: If an item from a bundle is returned, the discount will be adjusted to reflect the new bundle tier (items kept). This change will be reflected in the refund amount issued.

Refunds - 

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
