Return's - Exchanges & Refunds are accepted up-to 14 days from when the parcel has been signed for. Please make sure you accept these terms prior to ordering.

To return an item; it must be returned within 14 days, in its original unused, and unwashed condition & it must be returned with original packaging. Please kindly add a note with your return including your order number / name + whether you would like a size or product exchange or alternatively a refund.

Exchanges - If your order needs a size change or alternately a different model change, please add a note with your return including your order number / name + exchange requirements.

Our team will contact you when your return has been completed, you will NOT receive an update when it is delivered back to our HQ. For an update on your returned item please refer to your return tracking ID.

Returns require 10 working days to process back to your original payment method from the day your parcel is received back to us.

We ask for your patience until 10 working days has passed before contacting our customer service team.

Please be aware Milana studios will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged returns made by the sender or courier.

Order's above £150 receive free shipping. Upon return on partial refunds, if the outstanding sum is lower than the free shipping requirement, a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds - You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
