Orders placed before 3:30PM daily, will be dispatched on the same day. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays. In the event our warehouse has a high volume of orders, it can take 1 extra working day for orders to be dispatched.
Due to the fast-paced operation, we are unable to cancel / amend any orders once they have been placed and processed.

Good news! You will no longer be charged import Duties & Tax on shipments UPTO 150 euros. This will be paid shipped paid for. We advise you may consider to split bigger orders separately to keep below 150 euros per order to avoid large Import & Duties Tax.
EU Shipments over 150 Euros will be subject to the receiver paying the Imports & Duties Bill.

In the event of a pricing error, we as a business reserve the right to correct the price and offer our customers the choice of cancelling the order or pay the difference to receive the order.
