Orders placed before 3:30PM daily, will be dispatched on the same day. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays. In the event our warehouse has a high volume of orders, it can take 1-3 working days for orders to be dispatched. 

Due to the fast-paced operation, we are unable to cancel / amend any orders once they have been placed and processed.

Important Information Shipping to the EU

From 1 July 2026, new customs rules will apply to parcels being sent to customers in the European Union (EU).

What's Changing?

The EU has removed the previous customs duty exemption for goods valued at €150 or less. This means that most online orders sent to EU customers may now have a €3 customs duty applied to each type of item included in the parcel.

In the event of a pricing error, we as a business reserve the right to correct the price and offer our customers the choice of cancelling the order or pay the difference to receive the order.

In the event of an item being out of stock/overselling the businesses reserves the right to offer the customer the choice cancelling the order or exchanging for a different item at the same value.
