Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Exchanges for a different size or style are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements may be returned to the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

International Returns

If you wish to make an international return, please contact our customer support team at contact@milanastudios.com for further information and guidance on the returns process.

If an international delivery is refused by the customer, for example, due to customs fees or other reasons, and the parcel is returned to us by the courier, a £15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@milanastudios.com within 30 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist.

Return Timeframe

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. We kindly ask that you wait until this timeframe has passed before contacting our customer support team.

Responsibility

Please note that Milana Studios cannot accept responsibility for any returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit, whether by the sender or the courier. We are also unable to take responsibility for any items returned to us in error.

We strongly recommend retaining your proof of postage and any tracking information until your return has been received and processed. Our team may request this information if required.

Lost, Damaged & Reshipped Orders

Milana Studios cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Any orders that are reshipped due to the original parcel being lost, misplaced or damaged by the courier will be considered non-refundable.

Exchanges for a different size may be offered; however, the replacement must be the same item as the original order, in accordance with our courier’s terms and conditions regarding claims.

Non-returnable items

The following products are non returnable due to hygiene:

• Sock's
• Caps 
• Cups 
• Bandanas
• Swimming Costumes without hygiene sticker

Return Deduction 

UK Order's above £150 receive free shipping. Upon return of partial refunds, if the outstanding sum is lower than the free shipping requirement, a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeframe

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
