Excellent product and customer service!

I bought this product for my other half for her birthday. She absolutely loves it! I will be purchasing more. Upon purchase I emailed as I had concerns over delivery times. Ruby was straight on the case for me and went out of her way to make sure my product was here on time. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Poor delay in communication

I’ve sent this back over a week ago and I am still awaiting confirmation of return and credit note. The delivery times were also not within stated on website.
