Disappointing Service

Order a sweatshirt and received a t shirt instead . Contacted the company & I am to send the t shirt back before the sweatshirt is send which now means I may not have for when I planned to wear this . This is a simple error which happens however all of the inconveniences are mine with no timeline when I will expect my item that I paid for .
