Really Disappointed with Customer Service

I ordered 2x t-shirts and a tote bag in order to qualify for the free t-shirt for orders over £100. Unfortunately I received the exact same t-shirt I had previously received in a mystery box. I emailed straight away to ask if I could swap for another random t-shirt and even offered to pay the postage but was told a flat no.

I am a frequently returning customer of Milana and feel that there should be a database with products that each customer has received to avoid duplicates like I received. I now have 2 of the exact same t-shirts which is absolutely no use to me.
