The products you produce are very good quality and that never fails! We’ve ordered a number of products from you including starting to get stuff for our daughter and the product itself never falters! On the other hand, The customer service side of thing is very poor! Emails goes unanswered and although I understand you’re very busy, updates on delivery times should be given, I paid for guaranteed next day delivery then received it almost a week later. When I’ve emailed about this asking for an update I didn’t get an answer. Good clear communication wouldn’t go a miss, hence the reason for the poor review. It’s a review on the overall experience not just the product.
